  2. The article I read was, " All 33 Chilean Miners Have Been Rescued! " It happened October 13, 2010.
    33 miners were trapped in a narrow tunnel.Someone found them. Everyone thought it was a miracle! And so did I.

  3. I read "Hitting It Big", an article about Big Time Rush releasing their new album October 11th, 2010. There was a person interviewing the stars of the band(Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos Pena, and Logan Henderson).

  4. Have you ever wanted to carve a pumpkin like a pro? Well just to let you know there is a guy who can carve many things like the face of Barack Obama, the face of Medusa and many more creations. I wish I had the skills to do that!

  5. " Pumpkins Anyone"


    If you love pumpkins you must pay a visit to Ludwigsburg, Germany. They feature sculpting animals out of pumpkins. They even have races in the water where you sit in the pumpkin and row your way to victory.

  7. “A Super Typhoon Slams the Philippines”

    Super Typhoon Megi crashed into the Philippines on Monday, leaving a trail and ferocious winds caused flooding, collapsed trees and cut off power. This storm was the strongest storm to hit the island in four years. At least seven people died in the storm, and six others were injured by falling trees, buckled rooftops and shattered glass.

  14. The story I read was "Humpback Whale's Record Breaking Migration." It was about a female whale that got into the record books this week. She swam almost a quarter of the world. Isn't that amazing!!!!!!
