Two things I learned about the old state capital is that it was built in 1850 and it that it got burned down and destroyed by the union army. The thing I liked best about the state museum was the jazz music because there was a place where you could dance around.
My first fact about the Old State Capital is that the Union solders took over the building. The second fact is that Huey P. Long did good things but in a bad way. My favorite thing about the State Museum is the Mardi Gras section.

My favorite thing from the state museum was the cruise ship because it is really big.
I found out that the old state capitol did not have the stained glass or iron staircase before it was burned down by the Union troops. i also found out that the 32nd president, Franklin Roosevelt, said that Huey Long, the man that restored the capitol, is one of the most dangerous people. That makes no sense to me because he gave free books and free education to poor people. I liked the Mardi Gras section at the museum because it had beautiful costumes. I loved our field trip to the state capitol and state museum.

My favorite part in the old state capital is the dungeon with the gost and the bloody hand. The people in the old state capitol said it was just a projector and they just wanted to show what they thought it looked liked in the olden days.
